Corazón Solidario
In 2020, when the pandemic halted tourism in Cartagena, the hotel activated the "Corazón Solidario" (Solidarity Heart) campaign to support women whose livelihoods depend on the activity of Bocagrande's beaches: fruit vendors, hair braiders, and artisans linked to the Orica and Asopec associations.
